Yorkshire warehouse complex fully let

Two new tenants have taken warehouse space at Leeds Containerbase in deals that mean the warehouse complex is fully let.

By working closely with the landlord - Roadways Container Logistics UK Ltd, Edward Symmons has secured a pair of major lettings for the site's two largest warehouses.

The first has seen the occupation of 26,500 sq ft within "D Shed" by global freight handling company, Yusen Logistics Ltd, and the second has secured French-owned car component manufacturer Treves (UK) Ltd on a ten year lease at the Containerbase's 28,500 sq ft "C Shed".
